Day Wise Textile Tour of Odisha Package Itinerary
Day 01 Itinerary

Arrival at Bhubaneswar airport, meet and Greet, transfer to hotel. PM visit to temples of Bhubaneswar: Rajarani Temple, Mukteswar Temple, Lingaraj Temple, Vaital Tample. Over night at Bhubaneswar.
Day 02 Itinerary

Morning transfer to 13th century Konark Sun temple, the UNESCO World Heritage Site, the architectural skills and exquisite carvings are unique in nature. After lunch visit Raghurajpur Heritage Village (Craft-men Village), where entire community is busy in making Patta Chitra (Miniature Paintings) on small cotton cloth driven by religious themes and stories.Evening at Puri Local market, experience papier mache and Shell works at local shop near Jagannath Temple. Overnight at Puri.
Day 03 Itinerary

Morning drive to Pipli Village: the Applique village of India, best known for gorgeous applique work. The applique works is a traditional way of patching cloth design and the local language is called Chandua. Then visit Itipur, near Dhauli, this is the little village where villagers makes beautiful stone sculptures. Then Transfer to Cuttack, the past capital of Odisha to witness the Silver filigree work (Tarakasi). Overnight at Cuttack.
Day 04 Itinerary

Morning visit Nuapatana textile village, the village has a distinct place in the map of Indian textiles, their TIE and DYE patterns popularly known as IKAT. Then visit Maniabandha Textile village. Evening visit to Sadeibareni Dhokra craft village, at this village all craftsmen uses indigenous method of brass metal. Overnight at Anugul.
Day 05 Itinerary
⏰ 09:00 AM – 08:00 PM
AM transfer to Balangir, drive to Sagarpalli weaving factory of Silk and Cotton, experience the traditional design, development, processing, talk to weavers. Then drive to Sonepur to visit master craftsmen to sea dying process, ingredients, different fabrics pattern and pocket looms etc. Overnight at Balangir.
Day 06 Itinerary
⏰ 09:00 AM – 08:00 PM
drive to Barpali, the village of Tassar Silk and Cotton weavers. These sarees are known for their incorporation of traditional motifs like Shankha (Shell), Chakra (Wheel), Phula (Flower) which are very symbolic in nature. Later drive to Bargarh to sea the Bandha work by the weaving society. Waiver of Bargarh, Barpali and Sonepur excel in weaving sarees in their own traditional pattern, its always a treat to watch these weaver communities such as bhulias, Kostas, Gaudias creating intricate patterns on fabric. Evening transfer to Sambalpur. Overnight at Sambalpur.
Day 07 Itinerary

Am Drive to Bhubaneswar, visit tribal museum. Over night at Bhubaneswar
